Returns & Refunds

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging with tags attached, and you will need proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@bykalu.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we will give you the return address. For change-of-mind returns the customer pays return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we cover the return cost.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. No restocking fees apply. Exchanges are available subject to stock.
